They all looked great, so today we took the day to bake. First up was the Coconut Salted Caramel Blondie Mix.
The baking was easy, you remove the tag from the jar and the instructions are right there. This was the same for all the baking mix's. With the batter ready to go we made the brownies.
I wish you could smell the blondie mix through the computer, because my house smells so wonderful now. The way I made them was in a square cake pan. The mix produced such a moist cake. And tasted great with a glass of milk for my daughter, and coffee for me.
Next up was the Million Dollar cookie mix.
These my daughter made whom is 12. I wanted to see how easy they we're to make, and for her age they we're a breeze. Again like all the mix's the easy to read instructions we're inside the label. She made these and plans on taking them to school and share with her class mates. The cookies came out with so many chocolate chips in them, soft and chewy, and oh yes "yummy"
For our next baking dish we made the Billion Dollar Brownie Mix.
Again the product was easy to use, and filled the pan with brownies that we made using cookie cutters. They we're soft and chewy and tasted so good. These are going to work with my husband, this was his favorite.
The last mix we used was the Classic Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix.
The baking directions say this makes 2 dozen I got 2 1/2. They also came out soft and chewy. These did not last long, they we're eaten up very quickly.
Anyone looking for a great gift, or something for yourself, these mixes are a great idea. If interested hop on over to the website. You'll be glad you did.
