Spices for your perfect burger

There are alot of ingredients you can put in your burger. But some make your burger just right. Salt and pepper are the most common. You can add pepper to your burger all you like, but never add the salt until the burger is almost done cooking. Salt will suck out the moisture, and will also dissolve any protein. The best salt to add is kosher, or sea salt. For pepper I love to use freshly grounded from peppercorns.
If you are looking for a Italian burger, why not add some garlic, oregano, thyme, basil and rosemary. This is a great spice combo for your burger that is then topped with sun dried tomatoes and fresh basil leaves.
For some Indian burgers, try adding some curry or garam masala. Another blend is cumin, coriander, turmeric and cardamom, cinnamon, clove, chili powder, ginger and mustard, fenugreek and pepper. This makes a intense burger Indian style.
If you like it with heat, go Cajun style. Make a spice mix of garlic, onion powder, white pepper, black pepper and hot and sweet paprika, thyme and oregano. Add any hot pepper you like to your spice mix.
Don't forget a Asian burger, with a mix of wasabi powder and sesame seeds, with some szechuan peppercorns, and some soy sauce for flavor. Your quests will love this.
How about making a southwest burger with a Latin flavor. Try some garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, oregano, cayenne and crushed red pepper. Then top your burger with avocado and chopped cilantro. Yum
For the plain classic burger, make your taste buds sing with just plain ingredients. Add some crushed peppercorns, garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper. And top with cheese, lettuce and tomato.
