Wreaths make a beautiful decoration in any kitchen. If you have a decor kitchen style in southwestern flare, a red pepper wreath is the way to go. Made from real dried red peppers, these wreaths add a real southern charm.
Craft stores these days sell plastic fruit and veggies, that are very realistic. Add some artificial greenery with the fruit or veggies and you can make a wonderful wreath for your kitchen. This type is great for a retro style kitchen.
Grapevine wreaths are another wonderful kitchen wreath idea, especially for a country kitchen. They can be plain, or add decorative bows, and country trinkets.
With some Styrofoam and hot glue, you can also create a herbal wreath. You will not only have a nice wreath, but one that will make the kitchen smell great.
You can create any style wreath, just with your imagination.

Brushing Doggie's Teeth
Most dog owners don't know that their pooch's teeth are no different then ours. And they need dental care just like we do. They get cavities, and get tarter, just like their owners. All those bones they eat and treats as well, help but they need more. They need their teeth brushed. However they don't need to have this done everyday like we do, two times a week will do it. Starting this at a early age will make it easier to do when the dog is older. It is not only healthy for them, but gets rid of doggie breath.

Coconut Milk
Talk about miracle foods, and coconuts will come in to play. Coconuts are great for not only internal, but external ailments as well. Then you have coconut milk, which helps with the body's immune system and other body defenses. The reason coconut milk is so healthy for you is that it contains so many vitamins and minerals as well. It is also full of electrolytes, like potassium and calcium as well as chloride.
There is saturated fat in coconut milk, and when consumed is turned into energy fast. It does not store it. Although the saturated fat is at a high level, it can help with weight loss. Coconut milk also contains lauric acid, this is a anti viral and a anti bacterial, anti microbial, and a anti fungal, which all help with boosting the immune system.
If you are lactose intolerant coconut milk is a wonderful alternative. Drinking coconut milk is also good for vegan's, since it is soy free and gluten free.
If you have a sore throat or suffer from ulcers, try a drink of coconut milk.

Curb the Cravings
Not everyone has the money to go to the gym, but there are ways to curb your crazy cravings at home, and when your out cheaply. Try a few and see if they work for you.
Water, its free and available just about any where. You can even take it with you where ever you go. By eating one ounce of nuts and drinking one full glass of water, you will feel full. If you don't want to measure the nuts try counting. A ounce of nuts is about 20 peanuts. By using this method, the combo tells your belly its FULL.
Whats the rush, learn to eat your meals slowly. Chew, and enjoy the taste of your food. When you feel full, that's when it's time to stop. You will be surprised at how many of us keep eating even though we are full.
If you are watching TV, or on the computer, you would be amazed at how much you are eating and don't realize it. Eating this way distracts your mind and before you know it, a bag of chips is gone.
In a study, from Purdue University, it has been shown that eating foods with artificial sweeteners also leads to overeating. These sweeteners trick the body's ability to keep track of the calories you are taking in. Its always healthier to eat naturally sweet foods, like fruits and veggies.
To avoid any temptation, go on a cleaning spree, and get rid of all the unhealthy foods in your kitchen.
That dessert you order at the end of a meal, wait. By waiting a hour after eating you are like lessly to even want it.

Dehydrated tomatoes
Dehydrated tomatoes, also known as sun dried tomatoes. If done the old fashion way, it could take days to make them. These dried tomatoes are great in recipes, with their sweet chewy texture. And eaten alone, make a wonderful good snack. If you are looking for a fast way to make them, you can, in the microwave. Once you dry them you are able to store them in a plastic container filled with olive oil. Here is how.
I find that plum tomatoes work best for dehydrating. I first cut each tomato in half. Then with a spoon I remove all the pulp as well as the seeds. With a large microwave plate, I then place the tomatoes single layered on the plate cut side down. Place the plate in the microwave and cook on high uncovered for 15 minutes. After that carefully turn the tomatoes over and cook again for 15 minutes. The next step is to remove the plate from the microwave and let sit at room temp for thirty minutes.
After that you can use them or store them.

Enfuso Smoke Olive Oil Review
Olive oil is the main oil I cook with. I have tyred many different types, but nothing like the one I received today from Enfuso. It was a smoked flavored olive oil.
The company adds a certain element to their olive oils by infusing them with the flavor of smoke.
If you want more information about Enfuso and the products please visit their website at www.enfuso.com .
With a bottle of their oil, and a recipe this will make a great gift.
Jonathan and Anne Yee are the masterminds behind this wonderful Olive Oil. Located in Los Alamitos, CA, they created these wonderful oils.
By infusing the smoke flavor into the Olive oil you get a wonderful oil not only for cooking but as a spice. You can definitely bring a smoke flavor to any of your recipes and that's what I did last night.
I made a roast pork, using this oil, last night for my dinner. I must say my family was stunned at how good the oil made the pork taste. Usually my husband uses liquid smoke, but now that we discovered this wonderful product, we won't be doing that any more.
And don't forget, using Olive Oil to cook with has it's health benefits.

Rudi's Bakery Product review
Today I received two loafs of bread from Rudi's Organic Bakery. One loaf of sourdough and one loaf of raisin.
Rudi's is a company that wanted bread with a heart and a purpose. They wanted products also with ingredients that their customers could pronounce. So they decided to make their own bread with not only whole ingredients but with a dash of sunshine. And that is what they did.
The first loaf the family tyred was the Rocky Mountain Sourdough. I had made homemade chicken pot pie soup for dinner, and used the bread to make grill cheese sandwich's. The family really enjoyed the bread. It was fresh, with just the right amount of sour flavor. It was very tasty, on our taste buds.
For breakfast this morning, we had the Cinnamon Raisin bread with cream cheese and jelly. The raisins in the bread we're so plump and juicy. The bread also toasted up nicely, it didn't fall apart like others I have tyred. My daughter really enjoyed this bread, and even wants it again for breakfast.
If you would like to try these products as well as many others, please go to www.rudisbakery.com . There website is full of products as well as nutristional information. You can also visit them on face book, twitter and you tube.

Ugh Head Lice
Head lice, a mom's worst nightmare. But it's that time of year and kid's are coming home with it. Well what is this bug, it is a lice that lives's and breeds on the human hair and scalp. Anyone one can really get it, but it is most common in school age children. Due to them having so much close contact with others, and their personal items. Don't fret, having this problem is not do to uncleanliness.
The infestation is not a nice experience. And it can be very discomforting to have, due to the itching it causes.
With children it's harder to avoid, do to them wanting to share and play with others things in school. So as a parent you should randomly check your child for head lice during peak times. If your children can avoid direct hair to hair contact with other children that will help prevent the problem.
Teach them if possible not to use others hair brushes or combs. In young children it is even harder, especially since they may try others hats or scarves on.
If your child does get head lice, there are many over the counter products and your doctor can even get you a prescription.
But prevention is the best avoidance.

Penmanship
There is a art to penmanship. It can produce beautiful looking papers such as invitations, as well as documents. A great example is the calligraphy penmanship for the Declaration of Independence. You can train yourself to have such penmanship. With some great tools you can be on your way.
There are traditional tools for writing, which are still used today. Quills, and bamboo pens are often used. Having a good point makes them fine instruments for being dipped into ink, and for writing.
Nibs, come in many widths and are flexible, for different lines of writing styles and for varying thicknesses. These also use ink, and are held in pen holders. A small reservoir can also be attached to them.
Then as most of us know, the pen is the most classic form of writing tool. And the most commonly used. Pens provide many different writings, and can range from many sizes from fine to broad. Pens can create large fonts as well as patterns that are decorative.
Next is the calligraphy brush, which comes in a array of sizes and shapes. That is suitable for the different writing styles one is trying to obtain. The outer hair can also vary in length. This type of brush pen also comes in a variety of animal hairs. The goat and wolf hairs are what is most common.
Your ink most of the time comes in liquid form. And the most common way to contain it is in a ink well. Most of the wells will be made from stone or glass. But the ink can also be obtained in the form of a dried stick. To use a stick it is converted by grinding with a stone, and a bit of water, till liquid forms.

Eclectus Parrots
Many people when they think of owning a parrot, think of your most common the Macaw. But there are so many different types. I would like today to tell you about the Eclectus Parrot.
The Eclectus Parrot is the only Parrot that the female and the male are totally different looking. They also do not produce dander. They are the most brilliantly colored parrots there are.
A male Eclectus is a bright green color with yellow and orange beaks. The females are a bright red and blue purple color. The size is a mid size, and they are very easy to care for. They are highly intelligent and are great talkers. The males tend to be a little more calmer than your females. The feathers of this breed looks like hair more than it does feathers.
There are three types of these parrots, the first being the red sided Eclectus. It is the most common Eclectus in the US today. The second type is your Solomon Island Eclectus. In both of these, the male is always a rich green color. The Solomon females are red with a broader ring of blue around their eyes. The Vosmaeri Eclectus also known as the Vos is the third type of this breed. It is the largest bird of the three types. The male once again is green, but this time is a light green with yellow feathers on their back, nape and the back of their head. The females have a deep violet chest and their tails have a yellow band on them.
The origin of these beautiful birds come from Australia, Indonesia and also New Guinea. And are also known in the Solomon Islands.
As I said they do talk and mimic, not as well as the African Grey or the Amazon bird, but are good talkers.
They are a easy parrot to take care of, they have a diet of fruit, nuts and seeds. And also enjoy having human food as well, the safe human food that is. The most favorite fruit of this bird is the pomegranate, due to it being native to their habitat.
This breed is great for apartment dwellers, due to the fact they are not screamers. And they are also great for people with allergies, for they have no dander.

Halloween Dinner
Most of the time when we think of Halloween, we think of the color orange. So here are a few idea's to incorporate that color into the dinner menu. Since there are a few dishes that are naturally orange you don't need to do much work. You can just accent them with some black, and you are good to go.
A tasty appetizer to have with bread of your choice is pimento cheese. You can combine different ingredients to this wonderful cheese to create a dip. Not only is it tasty on breads, its a wonderful cheese for dips to go with veggies.
Nothing says orange like pumpkin soup. And when you hallow out small pumpkins for bowls, well it doesn't get any better than that.
Smoked salmon is another great orange for your Halloween buffet. Served as sushi, or as a dip, its a great addition to the table.
Oh! don't forget sweet potatoes. Fried, mashed, any recipe you have will go great.
So get cooking in the color orange and have a great Halloween buffet.

Halloween Buffet
If you are not going trick or treating this year how about throwing a Halloween Buffet for friends and family. You can create a frighteningly array of foods to serve everyone. It only takes a few simple ideas to get you started.
Set up your table so it is easy to access. A place where quests can flow all around it, or just in front of it.
Creating a Halloween theme backdrop is fun, for a table that is pushed against the wall. On the ceiling you can add some orange/black streamers or hand some creatures from string.
A plain black fabric makes a great table cover, add some Cobb webs that are available at the store. Add some creepy bugs around the food on the table cloth like spiders.
Match your plastic ware to your cups and napkins. You can create napkin rings to hold with curling ribbon in Halloween colors.
Arrange your paper goods on one end of the table where you want quests to start in line.
Make finger foods, get some great ideas from your favorite cookbooks or even friends. Sandwich's can be held together with Halloween food picks.
Make some great spooky looking cupcakes, gummy worms make a great addition.
Gummy eyeballs, drinks with ants in the ice, the ideas are endless.

Apple Butter
Apple butter is none other than a thick concentrated applesauce. Although it has the name Apple butter, there is no butter in the sauce at all. It tastes great as a spread on just about anything. It can also be used in dishes that are savory, or used as a filling.
Apple butter is also a wonderful glaze on ham, pork, even turkey. It gives a spicy, sweet taste to the meats.
Of course the best know place Apple butter is used is in sandwiches. Have it plain, or mix it with another great ingredient of your liking.
Baking with Apple butter is another great choice. In muffins it works really well. It will also add great flavor when making a spice cake. When you use Apple butter for baking, it helps keep your baked goods moist.
Apple butter also makes wonderful pies. These turn out to be rustic and very elegant.

Wolfgang Puck"Eating at any of Bradley Ogden’s restaurants has always felt like a celebration. So a holiday cookbook from Bradley is ideal. And if you aren’t a personal friend who is lucky enough to be invited to Bradley’s own home for the holidays, Holiday Dinners with Bradley Ogden is the next best thing: You get to cook his recipes, and serve them to your guests as your own holiday creations!"
Jacques Pépin, Chef, cookbook author, and PBS-TV cooking series host
"Your holiday meals may never be the same. Superbly illustrated, classic and modern at the same time, Holiday Dinners with Bradley Ogden has taken American classics and modernized them in thorough, intelligent, and innovative ways. I have enjoyed Bradley’s food for years from Campton Place and One Market in San Francisco and the Lark Creek Inn in Marin County. This genuine American chef from the Midwest has never been better than in this straightforward, honest, and splendid homage to American Cuisine."
Colman Andrews, editorial director, TheDailyMeal.com
“We want our holiday meals to turn out perfectly, and I can't think of a more practiced and trustworthy guide to easy, satisfying, successful special-occasion cooking than Bradley Ogden — one of the original "new American" chefs, and still one of the best.”

Library Journal, Katie Dunneback, Bettendorf Public Library, IA Sep 15, 2011In his introduction, Ogden (Bradley Ogden's Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) addresses why he has added to the abundance of holiday-themed cookbooks. His reasoning is sound in that he clearly expresses an appreciation for "farm fresh" produce and offers up sophisticated recipes for the adventurous home cook. Broken up into sections on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's, the recipes take center stage and are followed by suggested menus and preparation schedules. The especially helpful "Special Note" sections offer tips on identifying fruits and vegetables, and one even tackles hangover remedies. The book is finished off with a coda on warm-weather holiday meals. Home cooks looking to take their dinners and parties to the next level will appreciate this collection.
Personal Favorites: Chive-Onion Popovers with Toasted Cardamom requires a certain mastery of technique, but the dish is simple and delicious. And the Grilled Marinated Flank Steak with Spiced Plum Barbecue Sauce is a sure-fire year-round favorite, with a sauce that is just outside of the ordinary.

Stranger Danger
Do you teach your children about stranger danger? Do you have discussions about strangers? Did you know you should start as early as possible in their life, when they can understand you. You can have, not only discussions but you can do role playing. Children are loving and it is hard for them to believe someone else can hurt them and trick them.
Young children at a early stage need to be taught how to identify a stranger. They need to know there is danger in talking to someone they do not know. And they need to be taught how to react to a stranger, when approached. This is where role play is helpful. Teach them some scenarios of what could happen. Help them also to build their confidence that they can help protect themselves if need be.
Create rules with your children that will apply to strangers. Teach them never to tell strangers their personal information. Teach them never to accept things from strangers, never to get in any one's car, never to go where they should not. It's a hard task to teach your children, that these strangers are going to be like people they meet everyday. Also teach them, that even the people they do know, if anything is ever done to make them feel uncomfortable, to tell you right away.
Teach them to scream, if someone trys to touch them or grab them. Kick, scream, do what ever they can to attract attention of someone.
Make sure your child learns their phone number and address as soon as they are old enough to remember it.
Play the what if game. What if your playing in the park, what if a man looses his dog, what if anything you can think of.
Read books, get your child identified also. Register them with organizations.

Fun Pancakes
Pancakes, you can have them for breakfast, or dinner. And if your on a budget they are a great choice for a meal. But they don't have to be the traditional round shape you can have fun with them.
Put your mix into a squirt bottle, and when you squeeze it out, why not write a persons name. You can even make faces, cartoon faces are always cute for young children.
How about making pancakes a little thicker and use them for sandwich's. Between two of them add some cinnamon apples and cream cheese. These taste fantastic.
Using cookie cutters to cut shapes out, are fun for kids also. Animal shapes work great for getting a fussy eater to eat their breakfast.
Pancake roll ups are a great breakfast or dinner idea. You can roll link sausage inside a pancake and roll away.
Adding fruits are good, as well as fruit syrup.
Any way you decide have fun creating new meal ideas with your pancakes.

Saltine bread crumbs
When you run out of the traditional bread crumbs, saltine crackers come in to save the day. Not to mention the recipe.
And here is how to do it. Grab a package of saltines out of the box. Then place them in your food processor and grind into a coarse powder, or chunks. It's your preference. When they are ground to your liking pour them into a bowl. Add some mince garlic, and mix. This will clump the saltines and help them come together.
If you like add some Parmesan cheese to your mix. Just stir it in to combine. Then add some parsley and any other herbs you like. And you are ready to use in your recipe.

Do you give your dog raw meat?
What you feed your dog, will determine if he/she will grow up healthy. Feeding your dog raw meat can cause health problems.
Raw meat can cause salmonella in your dogs, just like it can in humans. In your dog, these numbers increase. For dogs salmonella attacks your pets intestines. Your dog will get diarrhea or vomiting, and can even cause death.
Raw meat does not give your pet the calcium that it needs. Pets need calcium to help them with strong bones and teeth. If your dog lacks calcium their muscle's may not develop. It can even effect the dogs nerve endings. As a matter of fact if you give your pet to much raw meat over a long period it can even effect his skeletal system to have problems.
Raw meat, like liver, will also make your pet develop a vitamin A toxicity. This toxicity will take calcium away from your dogs bones.
Another problem giving your dog raw meat is parasites. Your dog can get tapeworm. These worms are known to live in all raw meat. These worms will attach themselves to your pets insides. It will cause their stomach to become enlarged. Other symptoms will be vomiting, diarrhea and even coughing.

Ghoulish Finger Cookies
Looking for some spooky cookies to make for Halloween. Try this great recipe.
Start first by warming up your oven to 325 degrees.
Then get your dough ready. In a bowl place one cup sugar, one cup of soft butter, one egg, tsp of almond extract, one tsp of vanilla, and mix until you get a nice creamy mixture. When you get to that point you will then put 2 and 3/4 cups of flour in, along with one tsp of salt, and one tsp of baking powder. And mix till combined.
Place your dough on your surface and divide it into four portions. You want to cover each one with plastic wrap. Then place all four in the fridge. Leave them there to chill for thirty minutes.
The next step after that is to take one tsp of dough and roll it into a finger shape. Take a slivered almond and use it for the finger nail. You can use some red decorator gel to hold the nail in place. With a sharp pairing knife, make a x where the knuckle would be.
Place your fingers on a well oiled baking sheet and bake for twenty minutes or until they are golden brown in color. The fingers will puff up while baking. When they are done just remove and cool. You can also use your red decorator gel on the bottom of the finger to make it look like it was cut off.
This recipe makes alot of cookies. If you don't use all the dough, just place it in the freezer until you are ready to use again.

DIY Apple Cider
With fall here, many people go apple picking. Some will make apple pie with all the apples, others, well, its apple cider. Its not hard to make, and you can even make it taste as if you bought it straight from the apple orchard.
All you need to get started is to cut up your apples of choice into quarters. Don't worry about cleaning, in the cooking process all the skin and seeds will take care of themselves.
Now you want to get out your large cooking pot. Then you want to add just enough water to cover all your quartered apples. Next add one cup of sugar to your pot.
I like to take cheesecloth folded in half and put some cinnamon and allspice in it and then make my self a pouch. I then tie it with some butcher twine. Then I drop it into my pot.
You then will boil your apples uncovered for good hour. Just watch it, so your pouch does not come undone.
When you have cooked your apples for a hour, it's time to put the lid on, turn the temp down to a steady simmer, and leave it there cooking for two hours. When the time is up, just turn the stove off and let the apples rest and cool.
Now it's time to take that pouch out of the pot. Get out your potato masher and start pressing your apples. You will do this until you get a consistency of liquid. Next it's time to strain your mashed apples. You can get rid of your pulp, pouring it into your cheesecloth. Do this by placing your cheesecloth into the bottom of the strainer. It's simple. You keep pouring and pouring and straining until your pulp is less and less.
Then store your cider in a good air tight container, and place in the fridge. In your fridge the cider will last up to a week, but if you place it into your freezer, it will last a good while.

The Perfect Pumpkin
With Halloween upon us, many will be going out and looking for the perfect pumpkin, to decorate. Either to decorate by painting it, or carving it, you will need to find the right pumpkin for the job.
When looking, have a good idea what you are going to be doing to your pumpkin, and what shape you will need.
Pumpkin patches will have any type of pumpkin you are looking for. And most have hayrides to get you there. So it's double the fun.
When picking out your pumpkin for painting it, you want a pumpkin with a body that is not to bumpy. A nice round or a nice oval pumpkin is the best choice here.
Big pumpkins usually make the best for carving. After gutting it out, it leaves plenty of room for your candle. You also want to look for pumpkins that have a good bottom surface. You don't want a pumpkin that is going to tip over easily.

Soup boosters
Who doesn't love eating soup. It's a great meal not only for lunch but for dinner as well. It's easy to make, a one pot meal fast. You can throw just about anything your heart desires into making a good soup. In the end you get a meal that warms you up and makes you feel cozy. But soup can always get a boost with some of these ideas.
If your soup is a little boring you can fix it up in a jiffy. Salt, or fat, as well as a acid will help. These ingredients work great for savory soups that need just a little help.
Miso paste will give your soup the taste of toasted grains. Miso will not only enhance the flavor of your soup, it will help to thicken it.
Lemon and Olive oil is another soup booster. It is a classic combo that will fix just about any soup. If you are making a Asian, or Mexican soup, lemon and olive oil work wonderful in these. Lime will also work in a Mexican soup.
Yogurt is the acidic and fatty flavor booster for soup. It is tangy and rich in flavor. This flavor booster works great for chili or bean soup. Putting a scoop of yogurt into your soup will help make it a hearty meal.

Don't throw thos eggshells away
Did you know that eggs are full of protein and are very versatile for not only cooking but for baking. I bet you didn't know, that those eggshells that you throw away are loaded with large amounts of calcium. Also did you know that you can make powder from eggshells. That eggshell powder can be used not only as a calcium supplement for us but for our pets as well. And get this, it can also be used as a powder for our face and our body. You can even make chalk by mixing the powder with some flour and water, until you get a paste to form into sticks. By making your own powder as with anything you make on your own, you know what is going into it.
Its very easy to make eggshell powder, start first by washing the shells after they are emptied. Then save them for a week, no longer. After a week they are not good. Then heat your oven to 350, placing your shells onto a cookie sheet and cooking them for 10 minutes. This will give you brittle shells that are ready to grind.
In a coffee grinder or blender, grind them into fine powder. You can store your powder in a jar in the refrigerator for one year. This is great for any pet as a calcium supplement.

Dale and Thomas Popcorn Review
I had a delivery today, and when I opened the box, it was a Halloween gift box from Dale and Thomas Popcorn.
How neat is this. The box is great, after you take out all the wonderful products, you can re-use it. Inside had some great popcorn, in some crazy good tasting mixes. The first was their original, Parmesan and garlic sticks. They are so good. These fluffy treats are dusted with fresh garlic and Parmesan cheese, and are so crunchy in every bite. They went great with my bowl of tomato soup I was having for lunch.
The next bag in the box was their milk chocolate popsters. Oh my, these we're heavenly for sure. I stopped at three, since I wanted to share with everyone else when they came home. But trust me, it was hard. These popsters we're big fluffy kernels, that we're popped and then dipped into some great tasting rich milk chocolate. Chocolate, and popcorn, what a great idea.
The products didn't stop there, next I nibbled on a bag that was called Twice-As-Nice Chocolate Drizzle Corn
Yes, more popcorn with chocolate. Does the day get any better. These big fluffy kernels we're double drizzled not only with creamy milk chocolate, but white chocolate as well. So you get three great tastes, in one bite.
Last was a bag of their Kettle corn. This was my down fall, I was nibbling on the others, but before I knew half the bag was gone of this flavor. All the bags we're so fresh in their taste. This one was sprinkled with sea salt, and a hint of pure cane sugar. I adore anything that is sweet and salty, and I loved this combo.
It is for sure that Dale and Thomas popcorn pride them selves on premium ingredients for their products. This is evident in every bite you take. To give someone a gift from this company, is sure to not only please their palate, but will but a smile on their face.
The gift box's would make a great impression for family or business associates. Everyone will be a popcorn lover after tasting the products from Dale and Thomas.

Static Cling
Did you know that static cling happens when one material sticks to another. This happens due to a accumulation of static electricity. And what happens is the clothing sticks to each other. We have all had this happen, especially when you have a dress on and it clings to your tights. Yes ladies, this can even be embarrassing. But there is help, a way to eliminate this from happening. In fact there are a few ways to nip this problem.
The first is to rub a dryer sheet against the inside of your dress, do this in a downward motion. Do this slowly and it should take care of the problem. Carrying some dryer sheets in your purse will come in handy.
Hairspray is another god send, spraying evenly on all areas of the dress where it has contact to your tights.
Putting a drop of hand lotion into the palm of your hand and rubbing against your tights will also help with static cling.
Lastly, running a wire coat hanger down the underside of your dress will also take care of the static cling problem
