Coconut milk also contains lauric acid, this is a anti viral and a anti bacterial, anti microbial, and a anti fungal, which all help with boosting the immune system.

If you are lactose intolerant coconut milk is a wonderful alternative. Drinking coconut milk is also good for vegan's, since it is soy free and gluten free.
