Chocopeno Cookie Review

Tonite while having my night time coffee, I had my first cookie to review from Chocopeno Cookie, a Trenton NJ based bakery. They have the first Chocolate Chip cookie with Jalapenos.  My husband and we're excited to try them, him loving Jalapenos and me loving Chocolate how could you go wrong. Well I must say they are out of this world. When you first bite into them you taste the Chocolate, than the Jalapeno kicks in. The mixture of sweet and spicy is very well balanced. The Jalapeno does not overwhelm the cookie at all.

Mr. Michael Sylvester is the owner and the inventor for this cookie. His nickname "Sly", was also known as the "Pepper King". His recipe for the cookies are Jalapeno plants he grows that are from Mexico, and Belcolade Belgian Chocolate. The cookies also contain other organic ingredients such as wheat and soy.

His bakery only uses the finest of ingredients, which are all natural. Making these not only grate tasting cookies, but all natural. The cookies would be a great snack for any Vegan. When making the cookies Flax is used instead of eggs.

The cookies come in a 2oz bag, which holds around seven cookies. The package also comes with Spanish/English nutrition information on the back. The size is so perfect for vending machines, pubs, or even on the counter of a specialty store.
