Subterra Colombia Coffee Review

Last night I received a product to try and review from Subterra Coffee LLC. The company is based in Albuquerque NM, and they make several coffee's, each having a unique flavor. Subterra prefers a medium dark roasted coffee which they call full city. They optimize for the coffee to be rich, with sweetness, and have a body with less acidity. All their coffee works well for making a wonderful tasting espresso. Subterra, roastery has a main focus to bring the highest quality coffee to their buyers. The batch's they produce are not large, which gives the buyers more quality coffee. The coffee comes green, right from the shrub, and brings a score of eighty six or even higher.

So the bag I received, is the Colombia type. It is in a net weight bag of 12oz's. The bag has a little tab you pull to open, and you can also see the little vent in the bag, that keeps the coffee fresh.

So to start my morning, the first thing I did was turn the coffee pot on, and brewed the coffee from Subterra. The house smelled amazing, and I could not wait to taste, what was dripping down into the pot. The coffee Colombia, tasted sweet, and had a big body of flavor. The ingredients are fruit jams, prune juice, and raw sugars, with ton's of dark chocolate. It is a very unique tasting coffee, that is really enjoyable.

I would definitely enjoy this coffee again tomorrow, to start the day off.

If you are interested in any of their coffee choices, which there are many, head over to www.subterracoffee.com. There you can choose a flavor to enjoy, or buy as a gift for the coffee lover you know.
