William Greenberg Desserts Review

The great folks from William Greenberg Desserts sent me several products to review today. The company has been in business for over 42 years and still uses traditional baking techniques. Their recipes are classic from the 40's.

The first product sampled was the black and white cookie. Wow, I'm telling you this cake like cookie sent my taste buds to outer space. The cookies are coated with a rich chocolate and vanilla icing. I took a bite on each side just to get a taste of each flavor. These wonderful cookies are also available in mini size from William Greenberg Desserts. I know if I lived in New York, I would weigh a ton, from shopping and eating there.

Next came the delicate brownies they sent. It was only getting better from here. I was in chocolate paradise with these. So soft and chewy, and such a rich chocolate flavor. These come in pecan or plain chocolate, and have been made by William Greenberg Desserts for over 50 years. And after you have ate one you can see why. They use a exclusive custom chocolate for their brownies, and fancy pecans. When available you can also get Rock and Cheese brownies, that sounds like it would taste good also.

Then the ultimate in cookie taste test, their Linzer Tarts. It was fabulous. The Linzer Tart, is a shortbread cookie that is layered with raspberry jam then dusted with confectioner's sugar. My taste buds we're having a party today for sure.

William Greenberg Desserts is located at 1100 Madison Avenue.
btw 82nd and 83 Street NY if you live locally pay them a visit. Or you can order on line at http://www.wmgreenbergdesserts.com/ . How ever you get to these wonderful products you will surely enjoy them.

Cranberry Bog Frogs Review

The other product for today's review, are cranberry bog frogs, a sweetened dried cranberry with roasted cashews smothered in rich Carmel and milk chocolate. They come from Cape Cod Provisions, which has been around since 1996.

The maker put her heart and soul into work, and the taste of these cranberries was the proof. They we're fantastic.

The taste of these cranberries with the other ingredients was a great combination. The rich chocolate and Carmel was to die for. The product would do great in any gift basket for any occasion. They are also Kosher certified.

If you would like ordering information on this product as well as their other products, visit them at www.capecodprovisions.com . You'll be glad you did.

Pooch and Bones Review

Today my four doggies we're smiling again, when they received two products from Pooch and Bones. The first one was mutt munchers and the second was a sample of delicious little round munchers.

The company of these little doggie treats, began their journey baking for their beloved Chihuahua Bo. And then the business grew from there, so they could spread their love with our pets. All their products are made with natural, organic and healthy food products. They never use artificial colors or preservatives, or sugar. Only healthy doggie treats.

The mutt bones, we're enjoyed by my doggies  just as much as Bo must love them. These treats are on the wild and zany side for our best friends to eat. They have peanut butter and gingersnap cookies in them, that my doggies just loved. I am sure my doggies tasted every ounce of love that went into making these treats.

The treat sample was pineapple crunchies. This was different, I never saw doggie treats with pineapple in it. These little crunchers would also be a great reward for training. The doggies really enjoyed these. They are made with fresh pineapple and unsweetened coconut milk. After the treats all the doggies in the house are now fast asleep on the couch. I would presume with these doggie treats dancing in their head.

If you think your doggies would love to try these treats, woof on over to their website for ordering information.
