Eating Healthy with Fiber Gourmet "Their Review"

Eating healthy in my house is our first priority in my home. My husband and are both have diabetes and high blood pressure. And I try my best to watch what goes into my children's belly's.

So today I want to introduce you to a company called Fiber Gourmet.  The company is, a food technology "company". They produce "reduced calorie and high fiber products". There is nothing better than eating something that not only taste good, but is healthy for you. All their products are made with Fiber Gourmet Technology. This process is used to manufacture many food products such as pasta, crackers, and even brownies. These products are great for any one on a diet, or not on a diet. There's more fiber used, than whole wheat.  Also known for their kosher gelatin, which they are the largest supplier in North America.

The benefits of Fiber Gourmets food products are that they are light or reduced in calorie's. The food products they manufacturer have fewer calories than your standard products. And with their special technique you still don't loose the taste and the texture. They create the low calories by adding alot of insoluble fiber. This fiber your body does not digest. So how can you beat that you can't. And if you we're not aware, fiber makes you feel full faster, and longer. And for someone on a diet, this is a great benefit.

They we're gracious enough to have me review a few of their food products. I received their box of lite frosted brownies, that can be made in the microwave. How convenient is that. You won't feel guilty eating these because they are only 90 calories. So since chocolate is my weak spot, of course this we're the first of what I tyred. And for being cooked in the microwave, they came out very moist. Eating the frosted brownie's was a pleasure, and with a scoop of low fat yogurt on top was even better.

My nine year old is the mac and cheese person in the house. So I made this for her. You once again would never guess something so healthy could be so good. She never knew that it wasn't her usual brand, and gulped it all up. And that was amazing to me.

In the box we're also several of their snack products. Wheat, nacho, and cheese flavored. These crackers we're delicious, and so crispy. No guilty feelings eating them at all. The cheese we're my favorite, and of course nacho was my husband's. The snacks are also just the right size to pack in a lunch for work or school. When you are eating them, you don't realize all the healthy ingredients your putting into your belly. But your body over time will definitely thank you.

It was a pleasure to try these products, the whole family enjoyed them very much.
