The tahini is a creamy texture, due to the production process and the quality sesame seeds they use. They do not grind the sesame they slice them and let them rest overnight. And then they are sliced again. Then the tahini is made with their snugglespoon honey. Together this makes a Middle Eastern dream tahini.
