Big Dicks Dry Rub Review

I received two products today from Big Dicks dry rub. One dry rub and one BBQ sauce. The company is family owned, that all began with a dream and a sons recipe.

So we decided to make some chicken for dinner not only using the rub but the sauce also.

We prepared chicken quarters first with the dry rub twenty minutes before cooking to let it marinate. As the chicken baked we basted it with the BBQ sauce. Then served the sauce on the side also.

The whole house had the most wonderful smell. You could tell this was going to be a good meal.

The chicken was so juicy and flavorful. It had a slight kick to it nothing overwhelming.

The family looks forward to trying it on other dishes.
