My youngest daughter loves head bands, or any other item to place in her hair. But these little things can be over priced. I like to create my own, and artificial flowers allow me to do just that. You can make your own from exotic to just colorful.
You can use large flowers or small the choice is yours. To start just turn your flower over, cut the stem off, and create a flat bottom. Get a plain barrette or plain hair clip. Open up the barrette, attach your flower with hot glue. You can use a single flower or multi flowers what ever you like. Just make sure before you use it the glue has totally dried. This can be done with plain head bands as well.
