Mooney Farms Sun Dried Tomatoes Review

There are many recipes that I use sun dried tomatoes in, salads and pasta are the main ones. So you can image how happy I was when I received several products from Mooney farms today.

 

The company started their business in 1987. Their number one sun dried tomato product was the family's Bella sun Luci in olive oil and herbs. The company is rich in Mediterranean history with olive trees that are 200 years old.

The one I used in my pasta tonite for dinner was the sun dried with Italian herbs. I used zitti pasta, with black olives, the sun dried tomatoes and topped with grated parm cheese. They dish was gone in sixty seconds.

I received several other types of sun dried tomatoes that I plan to use over the course of the weekend. I am sure they also will make any dish taste fantastic.

These wonderful sun dried tomatoes that come in a variety of flavors can be used in such a wide variety of recipes.
