Making Potato Juice

Potato juice is something not to many people make. But it does have a variety of healthy benefits. If you have eczema it will relieve it, if you have any painful conditions such as arthritis or gout give the juice a try. Potato juice is full of anti inflammatory features. The juice also will help you with intestinal problems, such as ulcers or gastritis. Try mixing in a carrot and honey to help with food poisoning or diarrhea.
The juice is very easy to make. And after a while you get use to the taste. The first thing you need to do is make sure you wash your potatoes very good. Then with the skins on, slice them. Put the potatoes in your veggie juicer, you can combine other juices if you wish. Add squash, or carrots even lemons. You can use herbs such as sage and or garlic. Turn your juicer on and blend until all the veggies are juiced. Experiment until you find the blend that you like.
