Macro Mediterranean Review

Today, I did not have to cook dinner. We are going to review three dish's I received from Macro Mediterranean. This company after many years of research believes that a combination of macrobiotic diet varied with traditional diets such as the Mediterranean diet is the key to long lasting health, and a enjoyable diet change.

I had the Linguine Abruzzo. It was very good. This is a whole grain pasta, that has a creamy sauce. There we're tomatoes and summer squash and you could taste a hint of citrus. It was delivered in containers that I could just pop in the microwave and eat. That simple.

My husband had the cashews over curried quinoa. Neither of us has ever had a dish like this but he tyred it and actually was impressed. It had sauteed cabbage, raisins, cashews of course and Asian style spices. It was delivered also in a ready to heat in the microwave container. Even after being delivered all the way from MA, the cashews we're still crunchy. Very unique dish.

The last dish my husband and I shared, it was Paella. Of course him being Spanish he ate most of it. It was very good. And like the others they came the same way in a container ready to eat. I was impressed how fresh the rice was, and still had a bite to it after being shipped. All the food tasted as if it came right from my kitchen.
