I love my espadrilles wedge shoes, but cleaning them is a different issue. So I wanted to share some tips with you on how I have learned to clean mine. These tips will help maintain the look of your wedge's.
The first thing you want to do, is to brush any dirt from the wedge, using a soft bristle brush. Always be careful when doing this, try to avoid scraping the details of the rope, you don't want them to fray.
Always use a damp cloth to wipe stains that you may have, and do this very gently. For the heel, dab this with your cloth to remove the dirt, do not use a brush on this area.
For tough stains, you can use a cleaning spray. You allow this to dry before you wear your wedge. When dry all you do is once again brush off with a soft bristle brush.
