Food and Our skin

Aging is inevitable, but there may be a way to keep your youth for a little while. Some foods have anti aging properties in them, food like fountain of youths. They help slow down the aging of our bodies.

The first is a avocado, a good source of monounsaturated fat. This fat helps to reduce your bad cholesterol, that blocks arteries. It is also a great source in vitamin E. This vitamin is a antioxidant, which promotes healthy skin. It keeps your skin moist and soft. Use the avocados any way you like. Eat them sliced, or in a salad or my favorite guacamole.

Berries such as blueberries and blackberries give you flavonoids, with
powerful antioxidants. They help protect you against free radicals, which cause damage to living cells. Berries also give you vitamin C, which boost your immune system. And of course are a very healthy snack.

If you like broccoli and cauliflower, and even cabbage you are fighting toxins and cancer every time you eat them. Raw or cooked they are good to consume. Raw is the better way to go with them if you can.
