Easy marinade for Beef, Chicken or Fish

I wanted to share with you a very easy citrus marinade that can be used on beef, chicken and also seafood. It only has five ingredients, but has a powerful out come. You can use it indoors, or out doors for grilling your meats, it's up to you. What's nice is that you probably already have all the ingredients in your cabinets already. This marinade makes enough to fill one zip lock bag, if you need more than that just double the ingredients.

First you want to juice one orange and a half of a lemon into a bowl. Add one half cup of soy. Then one tablespoon of sesame oil. Next peel one garlic clove and smash it on your counter with the back of your knife. If you like you can just chop the garlic to. Place your garlic in your baggie, then pour in your juice mixture in. After that, what ever you want to marinade put that into your baggie. Marinate your item for one to two hours. Then take out your food item and cook it, grill it, how ever you choose. It's as easy as that.
