Just in time for dessert and a cup of coffee, I received a box from the postman. And low and behold, muffins tops, vita muffins to be exact. And when I thought that was it, there we're also brownies with nuts. The company is Vitalicious, baked good products that are healthy. I received a box of their 100 calorie assorted muffin tops, and brownies with nuts on top. Oh how well they went with a hot cup of coffee. The company has created away to make these little jewels with all natural ingredients plus nutraceuticals and weight management. The company was formed in 1999, with the brain storm of baking a variety of unique healthy products under the Vita muffin.

I had no quilt knowing I was snacking on a 100 calorie snack product. These 2 oz muffin tops packed a powerful punch. So moist and so full of flavor. They are made with such healthy ingredients like soy, rice flour, dried fruits, and so much more. They are so easy to grab, when wanting to fulfil your carb craving. They will make anyone a good snack for lunch or to take to the office.

Diabetics, and Vegan's would really enjoy the health benefits of this muffin top. For what ever type of diet you are on, these would be easy to incorporate into it.
