Fatman's Beef Jerkey Review

Tonite I received 1oz packets of every flavor of Fat mans Beef Jerky. And while the whole family was home it was easy to take turns test tasting. And every single jerky passed with flying colors. These have to be some of the best jerky products we have tasted thus far. The flavors we're from sweet to spicy. But yet the spicy we're not overwhelming and my nine year old was able to eat them.

The flavors I received we're red and green Chile, cowboy, salt and pepper, jalapeno lime, lemon pepper, smoky chipoltle, teriyaki, barbecue, habenaro, sweet and spicy, original, Cajun.

The company was started by Rick Robey who was in the cattle and meat packing business in New Mexico. He is very educated in the meat business. And has used this to bring great tasting beef jerky products to us.

The flavors of the jerky could be addicting, like with the red Chile flavor.

The red Chile jerky is made of organic crushed red peppers from the Pecos Valley. But don't be fooled, it is not as hot as it looks. The flavor is bold like chili.

The Green Chile is Fat mans best seller. And after tasting it you will see why. They use hand picked green chile's from Pecos Valley, and these peppers are the best in the world. Very nice tasting jerky.

Spicy Jalapeno Lime, don't be fooled by the name. It has just the right amount of spice, not over powering. This was a favorite of my husbands. I think being Spanish had a little to do with it.

This is a delicious flavor, sweet and satisfying. This jerky has no bottled sauces in it.

Lemon pepper was a favorite of my daughter, anything with the word lemon always is.

Salt and pepper was another flavor. A very nice taste to it. No soy was used in making this jerk, only beef, salt and a topping of pepper.

The cowboy style jerk was a favorite with my whole family. It had just the right amount of smoke flavor. Mind you will tasting all these wonderful jerk products, my dogs we're going crazy.

The original was just that, but better. It was just good simple beef jerky, unlike any commercial brand.

Habanero, yes a habanero jerky. This flavor is for those who love it hot. And I do, and it was, that's all I have to say.

I love anything with the word barbecue, who doesn't. And if you do, than you will really enjoy this flavor. This would be great cut into little pieces and added to a dip. As a matter of fact any of the flavors would be.

I enjoy Cajun seasoning on any type of food, it's one of my favorite. This one will make you feel like you are at the Bayou for sure. Great taste.

Sweet and Spicy is a new flavor at Fat mans, and a welcoming one I bet. This jerky had a great taste also. It is soy, sugar and a surprise spice. Fantastic, in it's own right.

Anyone who loves jerky has to try these, they are out of this world. So if you are interested hop on over to Fat mans website and shop till you drop. Visit him at www.fatmansbeefjerkey.com . You will be glad you did. And just a tip, these would make a great gift for any one's palette.
